High precision bearings

High speeds, increased effectiveness, optimised surface condition, etc. users expect optimal reliability and environmentally-friendly solutions.

• Standard range: 70U, 78, 79U
- Optimised internal design and fibre glass reinforced polyamide cage: guaranteed improvements in rigidity and reliability and improved ball guidance and phenolic cage for high-speed is also available. Substantial reduction in noise (cage also available in phenolic resin)
- Limited temperature rise during operation
- Contact angles: C for 15°, AD for 25°, – for 20°
- Ceramic ball bearing option (prefix 5S-)

• High speed series: HSE
- Special steel
- Optimised design and surface condition. This leads to improved bearing performance, improved resistance to wear and lower operating temperatures at maximum speeds
- Ceramic ball bearing option (prefix 5S-)
- Contact angle: C for 15°, – for 20°, AD for 25°

• Ultra high speed series : HSF
Special steel:
- Small ceramic balls (prefix 5S-), reduced temperature at high speeds and improve life cycle
- Contact angle: AD for 25°
N series: HS / HSR / HSL (tapered bore, K):
- Steel cylindrical roller bearings
- Cage in PEEK

• Sealed series

Standard LLB High speed, BNS LLB
Series 70 and 79 BNS0 and BNS9
Contact angle CD for 15°, AD for 25° C for 15°, – for 20°, AD for 25°

• Other bearings
- Cylindrical roller bearings 2 rows: NN-NNU (tapered bore, K)
- Ball bearings with large contact angle (60°) for ball screw support (BST, BSTU)
- Thrust ball bearing: – single row HTA
- double row 5629XX and 5620XX

• Lubrication and optimised sealing
All sealed standard and high-speed bearings can benefit from :
- non-contact seals
- special high-speed grease
Assembly is simplified and operating safety guaranteed, including in hostile environments. The special grease induces a high N.Dm speed factor and contributes to improving the life time of the bearings.

• High precision MACHLINE: Standard
71900V and 7000V series:
An ideal compromise between performances in terms of speed, rigidity, capacity and precision
7200G1 series:
- Specially designed for applications with predominantly high axial loads.
- Variants depending on contact angle: C for 15°, H for 25°
- Variants depending on preload: light, medium, high

• MACHLINE ML: High speedDesigned and developed to meet the toughest requirements for high-speed applications 30% extra speed thanks to:
- an optimised geometry
- a reduced ball diameter
- an increased number of balls
- optimised guidance of the cage on the outer ring

All ranges, all series and all dimensions are available for hybrid versions with balls in silicon nitride and steel rings.
- Reduced temperature rise
- Increased maximum speed
- Reduced lubrication requirements vs. “all-steel” bearing
- Substantially increased rigidity and life cycle

Nitrile seals fixed on the outer ring, with no contact with the inner ring, can be used to maintain the same maximum speed as with an open bearing, lubricated with grease.

- Martensitic stainless steel bearings with nitrogen content and ceramic ball bearings
- Increased speed of rotation
- Improved fatigue resistance
- Enhanced reliability
- Corrosion resistance
- Increased life cycle

• Self-locking precision nuts
Indispensable for all assemblies of precision bearings, especially when the preload and long-term reliability of an assembly must be guaranteed, or if high axial forces exist.
